About the Event

What can you expect from this Virtual Wellness Bootcamp?

-Motivation and inspiration to implement healthy habits (and personal, customizable goals) regarding daily: Positive Mindset,  Movement, Meditation, Healthy Hydration and Nourishment (eating lots of healthy, whole foods).

-Resources sent to your mailbox including goal charts and checklists, workout templates and guides and the pampering package includes extra goodies including a MECKA t-shirt of your choice/color.

-Coaching will be daily M-F, you'll also have the opportunity to check in via Marco Polo (or Facebook group) to your small group to report and celebrate your wins; big and small.  

-This bootcamp is not about weightloss (although that may be a result of living more healthfully) but the focus of this experience is to implement healthy, everyday habits and mindset shifts that will hopefully last a lifetime! 

-New friends and support system, fun interaction and a focus on positivity, self love and acceptance, and learning and growing into our strongest, healthiest selves!  

Early bird rates are $49 and $75.  Rates will increase $10 on December28th.  Please register today!
