About the Event
What can you expect from this Virtual Wellness Bootcamp?-
-Daily motivation and inspiration to implement healthy habits (and personal, customizable goals) regarding daily: Movement, Meditation, Healthy Hydration and Nourishment (eating lots of healthy, whole foods). 10-15 minutes of coaching plus a 5ish minute meditation will come to you each day via the Marco Polo app which allows for flexibility and ease.
-Resources sent to your mailbox including goal charts and checklists, workout templates and guides and the pampering package includes extra goodies including a MECKA t-shirt of your choice/color.
-Daily accountability. Each day, for the 10 days of the bootcamp, you'll have the opportunity to check in via Marco Polo to your small group to report and celebrate your wins; big and small.
-This bootcamp is not about weightloss (although that may be a result of living more healthfully) but the focus of this experience is to implement healthy, everyday habits and mindset shifts that will hopefully last a lifetime!
-New friends and support system, fun interaction and a focus on positivity, self love and acceptance, and learning and growing into our strongest, healthiest selves!
