About the Event
What can you expect from this Virtual Wellness Bootcamp?-
-Motivation and inspiration to implement healthy habits (and personal, customizable goals) regarding daily: Movement, Meditation, Healthy Hydration and Nourishment (eating lots of healthy, whole foods). Coaching will be 10-15 minutes on Mondys, Wednesdays and Fridays and will have a special emphasis on feeling peace and joy through the holiday season.
-Resources sent to your email including goal charts and checklists, workout templates and guides and the pamper package includes extra goodies including a MECKA t-shirt.
-This bootcamp session will only have accountability if you (and others) choose to opt in. Otherwise it will just be the coaching and meditations.
-This bootcamp is not about weightloss (although that may be a result of living more healthfully) but the focus of this experience is to implement healthy, everyday habits and mindset shifts that will hopefully last a lifetime!
-New friends and support system, fun interaction and a focus on positivity, self love and acceptance, and learning and growing into our strongest, healthiest selves!
