We, at MECKA promote the spread of positive, creative energy in the world. Something as simple as smiling, starts the chain reaction of positive energy being shared and when one person shares their positive energy with others, a beautiful thing usually happens; the sharers positive energy only gets stronger!

Exercise is considered one of the most powerful, yet under utilized anti depressants available. Try new formats, discover your favorites, hire a professional to help you if need be; your health and life are worth the investment. Strive to be active every day or at least three times a week. Your heart will get stronger in more ways than one.

Eat Energizing Foods Everyday!

Eating healthy, fresh foods will have an effect on the amount of positive energy that you feel. It may take some time and will take consistency, but eating healthfully will help you feel a vibrancy and confidence to give you positive momentum in life.  Try to eat at least 5 servings of fresh fruits and vegetables every day.  An easy way to do this is to start drinking green smoothies.  Here's a simple recipe:

1 banana, large handful of spinach, 1 cup of frozen berries, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 12 ounces coconut water.  Blend and Enjoy!

MANAGE YOUR MEDIA!

Be in charge of your media; don't let it be in charge of you!  If you're having a low-energy day, turn on an uplifting song, motivating podcast, inspiring book and get something accomplished off your to-do list!  Doing this will spring you into positive momentum giving you energy for the day!  Avoid addictions to media by setting limits with your screen time and be in constant check on whether the media you're consuming is creating or depleting your positivity and energy.
